Using public transport when you have a disability can be stressful, our team is here to make your life as easy as possible when travelling around in your community. Whether it is for one-off events , or a regular activity, we can help you arrange transport.

How can travel & transport care help me?

Our services help out older people who are frail and have mobility problems, or are living in isolated locations with limited or infrequent public transport to get to and from appointments or to visit friends and family. Our services are able to support anyone in a wheelchair with disabilities as well.

Wheelchair-accessible services
Support with medication: remind and assist you in taking medicines, as well as collect or return medication from your pharmacy or GP clinic
Befriending schemes, where the befriender is a travelling companion for an older person
Drive you to and from appointments or take you on outings to the park, the movies, to do your groceries
Transport to visit loved ones in hospital or in an aged care home
Return you safely home
