Overnight support is an essential part of Choice Support Services offerings. Our dedicated team of people work through the night, so that our clients can feel and remain well supported and cared for no matter the time.

The care assistant sleeps at the property for a minimum of eight hours and is on hand if required for any needs, like providing medications, toileting, or just as that support in case you need it. Our staff staying at the house, even if not required to do anything can help alleviate anxieties and sleep deprivation.

How can overnight support care help me?

Our staff can be around for a ‘Waking Night’ when required, this is considered if assistance is needed more than twice during the night. The staff member is on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours. This is the best support option if you or your loved one wakes several times during the night being disorientated or needing to go to the bathroom. Or if you wake at regular intervals to adjust your sleeping position due to injury or if you have to administer medication. We are there for you at your side during the night providing a high level of expert support.
